Lewis Pechette was born in 1854, but I don't know where. He died in 1906 in Wasco County, but his children lived in Hood River county at one time or another. They were Violet, Chester, Arthur and Blanche. The Flynn Family lived in the area around 1911, as this is when Stanley, my grandfather was born. His parents were Ira Flynn and Violet Pechette. They had 10 children between 1849 and 1870. Daniel, Sydney, Mary Milligan, Isabella Parks, Margaret, Caroline Merry, Ellen Merry, James, Annie Baldwin and Jane. By 1870 they are living in Dalhousie, Restigouche County. They later moved to Winnipeg and some of the children moved to North Dakota, Montana and Oregon. Anna English and her son James settled in Hood River County in the late 1880's.
