It's already time for another meeting of the Illinois Interest Group. We hope that you will be able to join us at the Forum's Higgins Room beginning at 9:30 a.m. and lasting until lunch time. The topic this month will be THE ILLINOIS STATE ARCHIVES LIBRARY with a report from someone who has just had the fun of being there. (And the joy of adding two generations too!) The speaker this month will be KRISTY, the long-lost Illinois researcher, who had both fun and success at the Archives just last week, will be hoping to see you and have a good "catch-up" session with you too. There are lots of materials available at the IL St. Archives and it was amazingly easy to use...once we found the building! It is tucked away cleverly. And it is a lovely old building that is filled with card files, microfilm, microfisch, some books, computers, and helpful staff. Heather, Hannah, and I had a good day there...come and hear all about it. Kristy and Doreen
