Hello list, I thought I might pass along a little bit of cemetery humor for the day. I was at Willamette National Cemetery, looking for a name on a niche cover. I had the location and was moving toward the column number and letter I had on the site location map. As I walked along, I was reading some of the names on the other niche covers. I saw one for Ruth A Burger, wife of Paul, and didn't think much about it, but then I saw one for Henry Wm Fries, about 9 columns later. This was too good to be true! Burger and Fries on the same wall, and I wasn't somewhere ordering food. Burger and Fries both died in 2001, with Burger passing first, on 5 January, followed by the passing of Fries, on 2 February. Even in death, "burger" and "fries" are still together....at least on this wall at Willamette National Cemetery. Jan
