Is there any one on the list that is in Baker Co.? I am trying to help a friend locate a lost grandfather. James A. CONNER Died: 7 Dec 1882 Baker Co. in or near Baker City. He was a miner and we were able a few years ago to locate his mining claims at the court house. We were not able to locate the probate records that have been cited as sources in someone else's work, unfortunately. So we have to trust that they have the date of death right. We think he may be buried in the Wingville Cemetery also known as the Wingville IOOF Cemetery does anyone know where we might find a reading of this cemetery?
