I have the Ancestry app on my Iphone and Ipad. It's quite amazing, since I have 4,500 people in several trees. The screen is really too small to do much genealogy work, but it has been helpful when I come upon something unexpectedly that I want to compare with the information I already have. For serious work, in a courthouse or historical society, I think a laptop (or a binder!) is more satisfactory. Laurie Eckman
