British Group members and interested parties: The September 22nd meeting on Saturday will have Duane Funk speaking on the ports and shipping lines that our British ancestors must have departed from. Duane also reflects on what the first two weeks of sailing the choppy North Atlantic sea might have been like for our landlubber ancestors. He can speak from experience from his retired Navy background. No meeting are held in November, but January will have Chuck Falconer sharing a slide presentation of his photos of historic England. In March, we'll have a guest speaker doing a presentation on the Scottish Borders.
