The GFO has formed a committee to review the use of AV equipment as well as procedures for setting up meetings in the back of the library. The hope is to put procedures together in a notebook and do trainings as needed. Some of the ideas that have come up include creating a default arrangement of tables (already done); marking the floor to make this easier to follow; photos of how to arrange chairs, tables and projector for varying numbers of attendees; easy to follow directions for using the projector; trainings for interest group and committee representatives. There will be a meeting on Wednesday, April 18 at 9:00 am to begin this discussion.
