Cecil: I was going through your pics and saw your photos of foster lake. In 1966 I was working on Foster & Greenpeter Dams. We lived in Lebanon. I was in the USMC reserve, and was recalled to serve in Vietnam. I have not returned to that area, so this was quite a site to see Foster Lake.
