In putting together the 7.5 minute quads for the Oregon-California Trail, I did considerable roaming around on the net and found a number of (usually state) sites which have maps available for free in computer format (DRG). However, not all states have done this (beats me why not). If you'd like a particular state, e-mail me and I'll see if I can locate a source for you.
