If you are familiar with census this would be a bit clearer. Obviously the place was Heppner Oregon (before Morrow Co became a county it was Umatilla Co.) The person's name was Seonida H. See His relation was Other and that is a curious one. The person was a Male, Widow, White, 30 years of age and born in Iowa.
