I sent the information on his DLC to Mr. Moser as found in the Portland Forum DLC books. Also sent a message to the list that I had done this. All the Donation Land Claim records are on microfilm at the Oregon State Archives and can be copied at 25 cents a page. You can request copies online thorough the Oregon State Archives website.
