Bessie, Seaside is a fairly decent sized tourist town. It is located on the northern Oregon coast. I do believe they have a library. If I may suggest, try looking for the Seaside Chamber of Commerce web site (with it being a popular vacation spot, I'm sure they have one). That should be able to get you all of the info you want/need. I have done that with other cities that I want to know more on, and find that if I have any questions abt the town or city, they are usually very knowledgeable. Good Luck!
