    3. Sharon, I'd always wondered what was done with the dollars, pennies and dimes that I send them. Glad to hear it ... that it goes to something related, and not just back into a general fund. Another thing I appreciate about them, when the bill starts to get higher .... like with a probate, committment, or divorce record, they will let you know how much the whole thing would cost. I remember once telling them I didn't need the entire $40 worth, just pick out the best genealogical $20 worth. All E-mail - less than 24 hours turn around time .... There are some very positive things about their system.
