He moved to Portland where he attended Marshall High School. He worked as a car salesman. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing and spending time with his son. Survivors include his son, Keavin Dooley, Portland; his companion, Stacy Billman and her daughter, Torri, Portland; his mother, Cheryl Dooley, and her companion, Darin Hoff, Portland; his father, Rod Kaiser, Tygh Valley (Oregon); a sister, Randa Rubio and her husband, Gabriel, Milwaukie (Oregon); grandparents, Shirley Pellissier, Helen and Ralph Madsen, and Don Kaiser, all of The Dalles, and Carol Jasperson and her husband, Chuck, Iowa City, Iowa; uncles, Mark Dooley and his wife, Debbie of Kennewick, Washington and Robert Dooley and his wife, Ruby, Gaston (Oregon); 23 cousins and 16 second cousins. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, step grandfather and two uncles. Services will be at 1 p.m. on Tuesday, January 15, at Parklawn Cemetery in The Dalles. Mt.
