I agree with David here, the codes I use for Steel blue come up and scramble badly on some browsers, I would not have believed it, but I have a few extra systems to install things here and found out first hand . One other thing we all agreed on once in writing genealogy sites was to keep them in simple html 4.0 or similar since a great majority of genealogy people dont buy new systems just because the rest of the world pass's them up and simple websites are all they can handle I have not tried CSS and in I.E. 5.5 I have no idea if I am having a problem. Send me the link so I can try it too.
