Looking for any information on James J CALAVAN In 1920 he lived at 110 Seventh Street, Oregon City, Clackamas County, OR. He ran a boarding house and rented room to boarders. He was born 25 Feb 1862 Missouri, his father was born in Kentucky, his mother nee GORREN was born in Kentucky. I don't think he owned the building, I think he worked there as a landlord as it said he rented and for occupation said Rooming House boarder All the people listed under him were listed as boarders.
