    3. I would like to know if there are any records in the Oregon State Archives that would give me information on the purchase or sale of a Farm. According to the 1900 census for Oregon, Ireland Pct, Hiram Palmer owned a farm. Question 28 of the Census is "number of Farm Schedule", the number 80 is entered here. What is the significance of this, can I lookup information based on this. My second question relates to the location of Precincts. Where would Ireland Pct be and is there a recourse for locating it.     3. How about trying these same questions with the Oregon State Reference staff. They are very good at their jobs and if they find something will send it to for pennies a copy. Very inexpensive compared to other sources.
