I was told that someone had died near a ranch in Hugo Oregon in Joseph County. I think I have heard of Hugo before but never heard of a Joseph County. I wonder if they mean Josephine? Could not find Hugo and a list of Oregon cities so this may be unincorporated. Anyone any ideas on this? in Josephine County, used to have own postal office but not now. Other name - Gravel Pit north of Grants Pass, just west of freeway.
