"Last week's photo above shows The Dalles Soda Works. Loyal Quackenbush says that at the time the photo was taken, 1911, it was known as the Rose Soda Works. He identifies the driver as Vic Blaser and the men in back as Bill and Charlie Borders, John Rose and Tony Paulson. Don and Marla Budd added that the name was changed to Pepsi Cola Bottling Company of The Dalles in 1978."
