I have just received a copy of his wifes death certificate. She died Oct 5, 1928. On the certificate it is stated she is the widow of Charles BRISCOE. Rachel Briscoe is buried at the Green wood Cemetery, I am assuming it is in Multnomah county because she lived on Taylors Ferry Rd in Multnomah county. Does anyone know where this cemetery is? The Archives could not locate Charles Briscoe in either the state death records from 1903-1998 or the early Portland records. I am hoping that both parties are buried in the same cemetery.
