    1. [OREGON] Indexes of Oregon
    2. W. David Samuelsen
    3. FHL finally have the rest of the death certificate indexes all the way to 2000. HOWEVER!!!!! The first part is bad. The original prints were discarded before anyone realized the microfilms had SPOTS blotting out the names! And what's more, there's delayed birth certificates now available on microfilm from 1843 to 1899. Not kidding! Any volunteers to transcribe the indexes and cross-check with the death certificate to get additional information such as mother's maiden name, married or single, place of burial to make index as complete as possible can be? I already started on 1903-1920 period and it takes time. W. David Samuelsen > >>> SAY>>> > > Does Oregon have microfilmed birth certificates and a birth index like > Washington State does??
