I am looking for information on a great uncle - Frank J. Smith (wife Marie). I have an old picture of him in a military uniform with a handwritten note "he was a professional army man - retired in Portland, Oregon." I think he was born about 1881 - orphaned 1898 and his guardian was Donald H. Hill - Multnomah County. This is where my information stops. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks. Edel
