    3. I have had luck getting obits through interlibrary loans at your local library. The Knight Library at the University of Oregon has a huge selection. http://libweb.uoregon.edu/ With the death date and town you can check at the above webpage to see if they what you need then see if your local library can help you. I do not know if they loan out of state on these loans as I live in Oregon but it would be worth a try.     3. Yes, I can attest to them loaning microfilm out of state. I live in Michigan and I have The Crook County Journal from Prineville for 1901-1903 on loan right now. My local library picked up the cost.
