Happy 4th of July, listers, I have heard of a program where WW II vets who dropped out of high school to fight in the war can get their Oregon high school diplomas. My father-in-law dropped out of Elgin High School in the 10th grade to join the Navy and fought in the Pacific. While the diploma, for him, would be posthumous, his family would love to see him honored in this way. If anyone has any contact information about the program, can you please post it to the list? Thank you very much!
