It would be about the right timeframe, and since they were both British subjects, Canada is logical. I subscribed to the list with one specific question in mind about George Forman and can hardly believe the amount of information I have received from Loretta Welsh, Jacqueline, and Janet "the former Oregonian", so much more than I had dared to hope for. Pity all my genealogical problems are not related to the Oregon area; with this sort of help I would soon run out of questions. As it is, I am now off to Minnesota and Ontario.
