If you have record that your ancestor who lived in Washington Territory and served during Civil War in Oregon's 1st Volunteer Cavalry I have copy of a military group photo that says: "Co. "G" 1st. Washington Volunteers" My great grandfather is in it. We can identify him from other photos. Yours might be also. In 1863 when he enlisted he was living in Washington Territory.
