On March 22, David O. and Nancy K. Zopf will celebrate 50 years of wedded bliss. They were married in the Stanford Chapel in Palo Alto, California. Their journey together has carried them to happy homes in California, Oregon, Washington , Colorado and Scotland. They are proud parents of Heidi, Lisa, and David. They are proud grandparents to seven great children. They spent 16 wonderful years in Corvallis (Oregon) where Dave worked with the School of Oceanography from 1970 to 1986. During that time Nancy complete her Masters degree at Oregon State University. Nancy (Ward) was born in Boyd (Oregon) and lived on the Ward ranch south of The Dalles until moving to Portland after the war. Currently they reside in The Dalles, where they are involved in all manner of community activiities. They send their best to all of their friends who have been part of the happy journey.
