Hi Marsha - if you go to PeopleSearch on Yahoo and type in the last name of Ballou for WA then 59 Ballous in the state will come up with names, addresses and phone numbers. The Ernie that I was referring to is on the list. If you do the same for OR you get listing for 30 Ballous. Another 8 in Oregon spell the name Bellew.
