Hey! Maybe you should take another look! Yaquina Bay is still there! The tiny town of New Port has grown since then and officially swollowed up the town of Yaquina. There is a likely hood that they are under the town of New Port as what was your town is now considered a sunburb or part of the other and so technickly non-existant. You might wish to check with the local Genealogy Society as well as the Oregon Historical Society in Portland, Oregon for possible records.
