You do know that there is a CHITTENDEN County, Vermont named after a famous Patriot Thomas Chittenden who participated in the Battle of Bennington which turned the tide of the Revolution with England? I just visited there last month and thus saw his name linked with my family (FAY) from the Bennington and Vermont histories.
