Dear list subs; Does anyone know where I can get either a copy of (prefer the first copy straight from the book); or the actual book of the work done by Leona Nichol's entitled: 'The Mantle of Elias.' This is Nichol's transcription of the Catholic Church Records from about 1838-1847. Mrs. Nichol's transcribed Fr. Blanchett and Demers entries for events and locations of marriage,baptism, funerals. I have a copy, but I am missing pages, and since it is a copy of a copy of a copy...well you get my meaning. It is hard to read.
