You came to right place to ask question. I thank you for asking and Caroline for answering. I had been going to Tigard Libr to access Heritage Quest, but they dropped it. First person I asked where did it go wasn't sure. but other person checked at website and said still at Cedar Mill Libr. I did not think to ask if i could access at home. I have Multnomah Co Library card will try that. be great to do it from home.
