Dan, Thanks for the tip - however, I do have a copy of my adoption decree and the birthfather's name is not on it. Original birth cert just states he was 32 yrs old when I was born, and non-id info just says he was in good health and part Native American. I have thought about placing an ad in the newspaper there at Newport to see if anyone responds. :) Thanks again and have a great holiday season! ..marcy
