There has to be a name someplace in some court records about the case, I would suggest talking to a court clerk and asking questions on how to find this info. An add might help, maybe some one who know will come forwards. Might use some alias phone , like an office someplace , you may not want your personal number published. I also know a couple detectives who do this , I can check to see if they do Oregon, I think they are CA.
