Hi Karla, I don't know if you are sending your photos in TIFF or JPG, but photos done in TIFF take longer than JPG. I have waited sometimes half an hour for a single photo in TIFF. The good side is that you don't have to sit at the computer while you're waiting. You can turn your back to the computer and do other work during the wait. Generally, TIFF turns out a clearer picture than JPG.
