It tastes pretty good and can replenish the vitamins and minerals lost in this heat.     3. I have been staying in the shade and breeze al day. Still hard to breath . every thing is absorbing the heat even in the house. Dish soap is even hot. Not to add to the problem, they are doing the fluff thing in the fields with the grass that makes all those tiny fine particles fly in the air, the breeze is just enough we cant open the house up and no air cond. We might just take a drive, car is cooler.
