My ISP has just implemented a new spam filter - which although invaluable at stopping the 200 or so spams that are being sent to me daily - decided that mail to and from Orcadia was spam! AS such it was not delivered with the rest of my mail. If your ISP operates a similar scheme, it might be worth checking that Orcadia mail is not being blocked. Most will allow you to manually configure the spam checker. -- Sigurd Towrie Blackhall - Kirbister - Stromness - Orkney Heritage of Orkney: www.orkneyjar.com Home: sigurd@orkneyjar.com Work: sigurd.towrie@orcadian.co.uk

It would seem that anyone who subscribed using an AOL address won't receive any posts because AOL have decided that posts from Rootsweb are spam, and filter them out. There doesn't seem to be anything the subscriber can do other than to re-subscribe from a different ISP or perhaps from a web mail account but not via AOL. -- Mike Clouston
