    3. If anyone else finds that they are in moderated status, let me know and I will immediately correct the situation. Of course, if anyone sends messages that are offensive to other list members, moderation of that person will follow immediately. We can conduct ourselves with respect for one another or be blocked from participation. I really am trying to be fair to one and all. Charles, I wish to apologize for not already clearing your address from moderated status. This was an error on my part and I am sorry for it. By the way, everyone please try to remember to delete the majority of the post to which you are replying, leaving that which is pertinent to your reply. This makes for smaller message sizes and easier reading for us all. No threat of retaliation here, just a simple request. :) Best wishes, Jim

    3. Well Pops, now ya know what happens when all the Prkney smitten bears wake up from hibernation! I haven't seen this much action on this site, since the war of the trees, when some of us expats decided we all might chat about planting evergreens of the experimental type, in Orkney! The idea got the same reception as German u-boats did back in 39-45! haha. I was wondering if he...deleted by accident...Charles Tait (Grerat Orkney name!) had ever tho ught of doing up a calendar that started in August. Would be an item of interest if there was such a thing, from my point of view. I'd like a couple calendars, but this year is running out, and as to next year.. well...I've gotten to the stage in life where I am nervous about buying green bananas. Cheers.....Stephen (Esteban si tu quieres) Davie Cobeyne (Kolbein ) Grimbister Davie Family (We are Viking type Orcadians who were abducted by the HBC) On Jun 19, 2010, at 3:47 PM, Jim Jackson wrote: > If anyone else finds that they are in moderated status, let me know > and I > will immediately correct the situation. 1. [ORCADIA] Apologies

    3. It seems our administrator/moderator had already addressed the issue and it got lost to me when the subject line was not changed. I therefore offer my apologies to the administrator/moderator for my earlier post. I'll not apologize to one who continued to post about censorship when it was obvious that their posts were coming through. I'll take a moment to add that changing the subject line makes it easier for those of us who decide whether or not to read immediately or at our leisure based on the subject line. Skullsplitter beer doesn't interest me.
