I remember watching a video of the HAMNAVOE in unbelieveably rough seas during a crossing to Scrabster in March of 2007. Remember, this is a massive ferry, stats online put it around 300 feet in length. This was not a rescue nor was there any crisis like Fletcher's report. Still, it reminds me why I find a occasionally find a batch of death entries in the Orkney Registration books that maybe have a father and son with others on the same fishing boat.
