    3. Thanks, Mike, I already have a copy of that book. The one I'm looking for is a copy of the 1929 book by Hugh Marwick that is more of a Norn dictionary. According to the Brinnoven website, www.brinnoven.com ,a new issue was to be released in June/July 2003 and "available in any good bookshop in the UK". I've checked the Orcadian bookshop, Amazon UK, and others, and still haven't found it.     3. Dan, I would try an e-mail to Brinnoven - there's a link on their web site. I also found this on Amazon - http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/search-handle-form/202-1652925-1887811 Seems the book is out of print and Amazon recommend you order a used copy - wouldn't like to guess what your chances of finding a copy might be.
