(née Richardson) Carr passed away unexpectedly at his residence at Loree, RR2 Clarksburg, on Thursday October 27, 2011, in his 60th year. He was the loving father of Stephanie and Elysia and will be remembered also by their mother, Lynda. Royal Canadian Legion Branch 281 Beaver Valley will conduct a memorial service at the funeral home on Sunday evening at 6:45 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted at the Thornbury First Baptist Church on Monday, October 31st at 11 a.m. with committal and interment to follow at Thornbury Clarksburg Union Cemetery. I am trying to find the following: Archives of Toronto Western Hospital School of Nursing and marriage of Dorothy Richardson to unknown Carr around 1937-1942.  Toronto Directories have her "nurse" likely single as "Richardson", in 1937 Directory. The definite "facts" are from THESTAR/pagesofthepast.  Her marriage tho did not show up there.  Also searched "deaths" for "Dorothy Carr" with no luck so far. yes! this should be the link between Richardson and Carr that I am seeking. many thanks. tried to find parents' obits with no luck so far!... This is the Dorothy Richardson Carr nursing grad from TWH 1932 and at the Reunion 1942 in THESTAR newspaper. Still not sure if this "DOROTHY" is mine yet...need her father's name, but the age is correct--"19" in 1932 would give a birth in 1913, and in the Sept 1932 date of the Ship's list; she could still be having a birthday in late 1913, as I would expect.
