On www.rootsweb.com under "World Connect Project" there is a family sheet of info which you will have to verify for yourself - as you don't want to copy someone else's errors and this entry doesn't list any sources. See: http://wc.rootsweb.ancestry.com/cgi-bin/igm.cgi?op=GET&db=morcombe&id=I37 Descendents of William Morcombe of Okehampton, Devon, England which shows that daughter Jane married James Ford about 1858. The 1901 Canada Census for Huron East, Wingham subdistrict shows a James Ford, aged 65 married to Jane Ford aged 60. Both were born in England; James arrived in Canada in 1852 and Jane arrived in 1863, both give their religion as Methodist. Cheers!
