Hi Ellen, Are you searching public trees? If you click on the tree name it takes you to the person's tree. Their name is at the top of the tree page but you have to click on the name to see contact, profile etc. Also from someone in your own tree, you can go down on the right side of your page to Recent Member Connect Activity and click there. This takes you to all trees containing that person or someone with the same name. Then you can click on the name of the owner of the tree and again the box comes up with contact or profile etc. Hope this helps. But you must click on the person's name to see the box. It used to show "contact" then when you moved mouse over the Owner name it would show choice of 3 options, profile, experience, contact. It is no longer there & am unable to make any form of contact with Tree owner Have contacted Ancestry, but so far no change Ellen
