Sandra Mount Pleasant Cemetery is one of the Mt Pleasant Group of cemeteries. The staff have been very helpful to me in the past. I usually phone 416-696-7866 but you could try emailing Sue Henderson shende@mtpleasantgroup.com and give her Horace's date of death and/or date of interment (14 Dec 1959) and she can tell you if anyone else is buried with him. Sometimes the name just doesn't get put on the stone. Good luck.
