    3. Could anyone tell me the most likely cemetery where one would be buried in 1897 who was either an inmate in or employee of the Hamilton Asylum. Thanks. Catherine

    3. Catherine, You can check for employee vs. patient status at www.ontariogenealogy.com Michael has an index of inpatients in Kingston, Hamilton, London and several other Asylums in Ontario. My great-great aunt died while a patient at London Asylum. She is buried at Vienna. I believe it depended on where the family wanted them buried. Also, try to find a death record. That would (probably) give the burial info.
