Listers, my computer crashed and I'm starting over on a new system...I have Internet Explorer, but it has a Google Toolbar at the top that I can't use because I don't have a "google account"....can someone help me with downloading an IE toolbar......I need to import my "favorites" and I can't even get into this "bookmark" tab.. I be so grateful Barb G.

What are you using for a browser? Explorerer? Firefox? Depending on the browser, the answer to your question might be different!
