    2. HI Betty....Kidder was on last night, but she was searching her mothers's side of the family, Wilson. She had indicated that she already knew about the Kidder family. Just a suggestion, why not Google Margot Kidder and see if an e-mail pops up. She indicated she was a activist against the war and helping with bi polar (did I spell that right) people. (And already pay too much.) On other Lists it's been mentioned that one show is about the actress, Margot KIDDER. Since KIDDER is my main research of 13 years, I would have liked to see that show. I know that she is descended from the patriarch, James KIDDER (1626-1676) of Cambridge and Billerica, MA, USA. But, I haven't heard how her family migrated from NY / US to the Northwest Territory of Canada - and why ! 2. Betty
    3. Hi Tom, Thank you for telling me about that ! I wrote to Margot maybe 6-7 years ago, and she kindly sent me a short note. She had just moved and hadn't unpacked her family-tree box, yet. And, that was before her Bipolar "episode." When I told her about George KIDDER in FL who is updating the KIDDER book, she wrote to him (after she retrieved her data). Betty P.S. I know several people with Bipolar, and one passed away before her time. It is a real shame that people don't realize what a nasty disease that can be ! I don't recall ever seeing a documentary on Bipolar on TV, so most people think it is just a "sometimes 'up' and sometimes 'down'" type of problem. That is only the half of it ! The "depression" part of it can be handled, but the "hyper" part of it can sometimes be very dangerous ! Actually, Bipolar has probably only been diagnosed within our lifetime. Imagine what happened to people with that disease in the 1700's and 1800's ! In my opinion, in a "worst-case situation," the person who is suffering a strong "hyper" "episode" takes on a different personality ! ----- Original Message ----- From: <tbrew@uwindsor.ca> To: <ontario@rootsweb.com> Sent: Friday, October 19, 2007 10:21 AM Subject: Re: [ONTARIO] Help with Canadian Genealogy-Betty!! > HI Betty....Kidder was on last night, but she was searching her mothers's > side of the family, Wilson.
