Hello, I am looking for some kind soul to do me a huge favour. I am wanting the birth registration for Emelie Bruneau, b January 12, 1845 Ontario. I have made several attempts to acquire birth, marriage and death registrations for her. I have only been successful with the marriage so far. On my second attempt at her death I was denied without proof of her birth. Emelie was born in Ontario but her marriage and death took place in Quebec. Quebec is quite strict about releasing information (this is not a criticism but a statement) which is why this has been so difficult. I live in BC and I am not sure how to go about getting the birth proof for Ontario. I am willing to pay for photocopying and mailing, or if someone is willing to do a trade I can do BMD lookups in BC as well as newspapers in Nanaimo and Victoria.
