According to the best of knowledge and belief, there is no affinity, consanguinity, prior marriages or any other lawful cause or legal impediment to bar or hinder the soleminization of the said Marriage. It looks like Richard's signature on the bottom is different from the rest of the handwriting. I would guess that whoever filled it out, made a mistake and wrote Charles instead of Richard. Possible??
