Hi again: I looked at the 1901 Census and there are 5 persons listed with the name Alexander/Alex Brown in the same age range, and all 5 are in Ontario. But not one has a birth month of February. Hi again Doreen, I had looked at that too and the one I found was the only one born Eng. so that is why I wondered if he was maybe he was Alexander Malcom Horscroft Brown. Alas he appears not to be.
